This historic Art Deco building is a rare example of pre-Depression era architecture. It is one of the most recognizable buildings in Downtown and was originally named after the legendary flour pioneer, David Stott. The David Stott building is within walking distance of Capitol Park, Grand Circus Park, and Campus Martius Park. Upon being restored, this 38-story landmark will house residents, community amenities, commercial tenants, and ground floor retail.
