200 Walker

200 Walker Street

On the Detroit Riverfront, 200 Walker was designed by architecture firm SDG and built in 2000 as the UAW-GM Center for the labor union and the car company. The property was purchased in 2021 by Bedrock. Surrounded by grounds sprawling 18 acres, the eight-story structure with a brick-and-glass facade features a three-story atrium and a seventh-story wraparound terrace looking out past the Riverwalk to Belle Isle and Windsor. The mid-rise includes offices, executive suites, a boardroom, an auditorium, a cafeteria, a fitness center, a warehouse and a heated, underground parking garage.
