For more than seven decades, 321 W. Lafayette Blvd. housed one of the most iconic, widely distributed newspapers in the country. The Detroit Free Press occupied the 14-story, 302,000-square-foot building until it moved out in 1998.

The Albert Kahn building, completed in 1925, has been renovated for mixed use, with ground-level retail spaces and office spaces on the second and third levels. Above the office and retail spaces are more than 100 residential units.

The building is located within minutes of Capitol Park, Cadillac Square and Campus Martius, as well as the QLINE, several popular eateries and the bustling Woodward Avenue corridor.
