Built in 1993, renowned architects John Burgee and Philip Johnson created one of the skyline'’s most recognizable towers. Its Flemish-inspired neo-gothic spires make it the second tallest skyscraper in Detroit. In Spring 2016, it became the home of Ally Financial'’s new Michigan headquarters. Nearby attractions include the Detroit Riverfront, Campus Martius Park, Greektown Casino Hotel, and is located on the QLINE streetcar route.
