The historic May Company building has more than 800,000-square-feet with frontage on both Euclid and Prospect avenues. When the building opened in 1915, it was six stories high and was the third-largest store in the country. Two additional floors were added in 1931. Cuyahoga Community College’s Culinary Arts program and its affiliated restaurant Pura Vida occupy space on the first floor.
