The tenants who bring
our properties to life.
We don’t just lease spaces. We invest in the brands building what’s next.
Our tenants define the rhythm of downtown and we're here to help them succeed at every step. That support begins with high-quality spaces in architecturally significant properties, from restored historic buildings to modern new construction, each thoughtfully tailored to meet retail tenants’ needs and elevate brand presence. Just as important is the partnership behind the space—hands-on, long-term and rooted in a shared vision for growth. Whether activating a corner or anchoring a corridor, our tenants do more than business. They create destinations, and we’re proud to support them every step of the way.
