With 28 parking properties inside of downtown Detroit’s three square-mile Central Business District, Bedrock’s Parking & Mobility services all of Bedrock’s retail, office and residential tenants. Many properties offer parking solutions for the public as well. All properties are serviced through Bedrock’s 24/7 call center and several offer shuttle services Monday through Friday. Bedrock Parking & Mobility collaborates with a number of sponsors to provide parking services for a number of Detroit events.
The Mobility Team designs, implements and oversees projects for new commute and transit options, while coordinating the company’s involvement in citywide commuter and bike programs. The Team manages programs for carpooling, ride-sharing, vanpool and public transit . They also provide a number of charging stations for electric vehicles and have deployed multiple autonomous vehicles in the city.
The Transportation Team is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all shuttle services provided by Bedrock, ensuring delivery of timely, courteous service to more than 5,000 riders daily across ten fixed routes. The Transportation team also organizes special charter services and is responsible for valet operations. Riders can use the Bedrock Shuttle Tracker app to get up-to-the-minute information about shuttle routes and ETAs at all stops.
