1217 Woodward

Designed by architect Gordon Lloyd and originally constructed in 1890 for a clothing store, 1217 Woodward was renovated in 2018 by architecture firm Kramer Design Group and converted into offices and street-level retail. The five-story brownstone building offers prime real estate along an unmatched Woodward Avenue location across from the Hudson’s Detroit mixed-use development and blocks from Detroit’s Campus Martius Park and Capitol Park neighborhoods.
