A block from Grand Circus Park, the Kay Baum Building was constructed in 1965 for the womenswear store. In 2011, the location was purchased by Bedrock. The 4,000-square-foot, one-story property boasts a rooftop patio and sidewalk space, more than doubling the rentable area. A series of six stainless-steel canopies overhang the lowrise’s street-facing wall, which features a large chalkboard created by signmaker Mark Serra to display public art.
