Rising 40 stories above Cadillac Square Park, the landmark at 65 Cadillac Square was designed by architecture firm Bonnah & Chaffee and built in 1927 as the Barlum Tower for real-estate investor John Barlum. The skyscraper was renamed the Cadillac Tower in the 1950s and purchased by Bedrock in 2021. The Beaux Arts-style structure of terracotta features a white facade with golden accents, as well as window arches and roofline spires. Topped with antennae for local radio and television stations, the property consists of offices and street-level retail space.
