In Corktown, the Rocket Mortgage Technology Center was designed by architecture firm Integrated Design Solutions and built by Bedrock in 2015 as the real-estate company’s second ground-up structure in Detroit. The two-story, concrete building features a glass atrium, as well as exterior and interior colored-LED lighting. With attention to energy efficiency and power redundancy, the Tier III data center includes two 10,000-square-foot server rooms.
