Towering 35 stories above Capitol Park, The Stott was designed by architecture firm Donaldson & Meier and built in 1929 to commemorate the owner of David Stott Flour Mills. The Art Deco skyscraper features a slender build of red-orange brick with a marble-faced base, an uplit, tiered summit and Parducci-style details. The property was purchased by Bedrock in 2015. In 2018, architecture firm Kraemer Design Group transformed the landmark into apartments, a top-floor fitness center for residents, five floors of offices and ground-floor retail space.
